Actualización tablas impuesto a la renta – Resolución No. NAC-DGRCGC23-00000036 emitida por el SRI
El Servicio de Rentas Internas ha modificado los límites de las escalas utilizadas para calcular el impuesto a la renta correspondiente , a personas naturales y sucesiones indivisas y transacciones relacionadas con herencias, legados, donaciones, hallazgos, y cualquier otro acto o contrato mediante el cual se obtenga la propiedad de bienes y derechos a título gratuito, durante el período fiscal del año 2024.
La nueva tabla de impuesto a la renta para personas naturales y sucesiones divisas es la siguiente:
