Deferral of the Declaration Deadline
The due date will be postponed for taxpayers obliged to file tax returns and/or attachments and the payment of taxes administered and/or collected by the Internal Revenue Service associated with the ninth digit from 1 to 4 of the identity card or RUC. They may do so without paying any interest or penalty according to the following schedule:

| 3 | July 14, 2021 | July 27, 2021 |

The SOLCA contribution due on July 13 and 15 will be postponed until July 27, 2021.
Failure to comply with the deadline will generate the corresponding fines and interest, in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Code.
