OECD and IDB competition recommendations for Ecuador

In March, the Superintendencia de Control del Poder de Mercado (SCPM), Ecuador’s competition authority, received the results report of the peerreview. from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). In this document, several examiners and experts in competition matters made an x-ray of the competition regime in Ecuador with the aim of aligning the regulations to the highest international standards.
