Raul Salgado
Raúl has 5 years of experience in the area of litigation and legal dispute resolution, standing out in key areas such as Civil, Corporate, Commercial, Labor and Administrative Law. His experience extends to both arbitration proceedings and ordinary justice. In addition to his dispute resolution practice, Raul advises domestic and foreign clients on corporate commercial matters and due diligence processes. He also serves as arbitration secretary of the Mediation and Arbitration Center of the Construction Industry Chamber CAMICON.
Studies
Raúl holds a law degree from Universidad San Francisco de Quito. She obtained a diploma in oral litigation with focus on COGEP endorsed by the Universidad Internacional Del Ecuador. He is a candidate for a Master’s Degree in Procedural Law at Universidad Espíritu Santo.
