Mauricio has more than 8 years of experience in the areas of corporate, real estate and financial law.
In the corporate and financial areas, he concentrates his practice in advising national and international companies in the establishment and operation of their businesses in Ecuador, investment structuring and project financing.
In the construction industry, he has advised on project finance and real estate transactions in general.
Studies
Mauricio holds a law degree from Universidad San Francisco de Quito and a Master of Laws LL.M. from King’s College London University in the United Kingdom.
