Daniel Fernández-Salvador
Daniel has more than 10 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, labor, foreign investment, financial and securities market and regulatory law. He advises national and international companies in different industries such as food and beverage, manufacturing and services.
In the corporate area, Daniel advises clients on legal risk prevention and mitigation, business expansion and growth, mergers and acquisitions, liability restructuring, project finance, among others.
He has sponsored several clients in administrative processes related to quality regulation norms, as well as has accompanied his clients in investigation processes by the Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade, Investment and Fishing. Additionally, he has assisted his clients in the negotiation and execution of investment contracts with the Ecuadorian government.
In the labor area, he advises economic groups and companies in matters related to collective labor law, representation in labor disputes in administrative and judicial proceedings, and accompaniment in day-to-day aspects.
Daniel has been Director of the Chamber of Industries and Production and Director of companies in the manufacturing and technology services sector. Many of its clients are among the 500 largest companies in the country.
Studies
Daniel holds a law degree from Universidad San Francisco de Quito and an MBA from Instituto de Empresa (IDE).
