Martina Saenz
Martina is an associate coordinator of the New Technologies and Telecommunications area within Heka. He has excelled in the areas of Digital Platforms, Financial Technology Law and E-Commerce.
He has based his practice in the public and private sector advising domestic and foreign companies on public and regulatory issues in the technological environment, in order to create a more digital and inclusive Ecuador. In addition, he has experience in corporate and labor law.

Martina has a law degree from Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
