The real estate market within the metaverse is driven by the use of digital currencies. These are blockchain-based, metaverse-specific, for example MANA, a platform that is used to move trade in Decentraland. This currency, an Ethereum token, allows you to buy virtual land, goods and services. This is how the exchange – as it happens in real life – between physical currencies and digital currencies involves an exchange of assets.
