Santiago has over 15 years of experience in real estate, regulatory and administrative law.
He is recognized for his deep knowledge of Ecuadorian public law and his ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. He has advised major real estate developers, government entities and international investors in transactions, permits and regulatory proceedings.
He also leads HEKA's Education Law practice, advising educational institutions on operating permits before the Ministry of Education, regulatory management, school coexistence, data protection and administrative defense.
He founded HEKA in 2019 with the vision of building a different kind of law firm.
