María Cristina has over 15 years of professional experience, distinguished by her deep knowledge of constitutional and administrative law. She has led high-profile cases before the Constitutional Court of Ecuador and has advised public and private entities on matters of constitutional law, administrative regulation and contentious-administrative proceedings.
Tiene amplia experiencia en el derecho regulatorio municipal, obteniendo resultados favorables para sus clientes en la tutela de sus derechos y proveyendo mecanismos eficientes y ágiles. Asimismo, ha participado en reestructuraciones societarias, asesoría laboral, planificación del patrimonio familiar y en la elaboración y análisis de contratos de naturaleza civil y mercantil.
