Andrés has 10 years of experience in corporate law, technology, media and telecommunications, as well as in data protection and privacy.

He leads HEKA's Data Protection practice and has advised numerous companies on compliance with the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP). He regularly advises technology companies, financial institutions and multinationals operating in Ecuador.
