Sara Páez Vallejo is an associate at HEKA with extensive experience in the development, structuring, and operation of real estate businesses, with special emphasis on fiduciary structuring of projects. Her professional practice focuses on legal advice for real estate transactions, including negotiation, structuring, and closing of operations.
She has experience in Administrative Law and Corporate Law, providing legal counsel with a strategic, technical, and business viability-oriented approach. She holds a law degree from Universidad San Francisco de Quito, where she also completed a sub-specialization in Corporate Law. In 2025, she obtained her MBA from Westfield Business School in Miami, in alliance with Universidad Internacional del Ecuador.
