Nicole Guachamín holds a law degree from the Universidad de las Américas, with experience in real estate, corporate and dispute resolution law. She has been part of legal teams at high-profile firms, participating in civil and commercial litigation, administrative proceedings and small claims arbitration.
She has experience in structuring and executing legal strategies, drafting procedural briefs and providing direct client advisory, as well as negotiating and managing conflicts at various procedural stages.
Her practice currently focuses on real estate, where she advises clients on the development and structuring of real estate projects, corporate transactions and regulatory compliance.
She is part of HEKA's real estate and corporate team, where she advises clients on project structuring, corporate transactions and regulatory compliance. She also serves as a teaching assistant for State and Constitution, Administrative Law II and Procedural Law.
