Marlon Guamán holds a degree in Accounting and Auditing from the Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas "ESPE" (2025). At HEKA, he began his career as part of the accounting outsourcing team for one year, where he gained hands-on experience in bank reconciliation, balance sheet preparation, banking platform management and implementation of the Odoo accounting system.
He currently works in the firm's financial and administrative area, where he carries out account analysis, financial report preparation, journal entry recording and continues leading the implementation of the internal accounting system. His work is oriented toward strengthening the area's processes and contributing solutions that improve HEKA's operational efficiency.
He is characterized by his commitment to continuous learning, his ability to adapt to new technological tools and his drive to improve organizational processes. He is firmly committed to continuing to grow professionally in the accounting and financial field.
