Doménica holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador. She has experience in real estate and corporate law, as well as civil, contractual and intellectual property matters.
She has participated in transaction structuring, drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, as well as regulatory compliance analysis in regulated sectors.
She has complemented her education with academic and leadership activities, including participation in the National Arbitration Competition, and holds a certification in Philosophy of Law from Harvard University.
