Bárbara Palacios holds a degree in International Business from the Universidad de Las Américas (UDLA), graduating in 2024, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in International Business Administration + Data & Business Analytics at MIU. At Heka, she is part of the portfolio and accounts receivable area, where she manages account tracking, overdue portfolio recovery and the preparation of management reports for the commercial area, contributing to the organization and control of client relationships.
In parallel, she is becoming involved in the commercial area, supporting the preparation of proposals, client analysis and coordination of communications, with the aim of driving business opportunities and strengthening the firm's growth strategy.
